We’ve missed you and we've been looking forward to the time when we can begin to gather together again for a very long time. We are delighted to begin Stage 1 in our process to resume Sunday on-site worship on September 20th. Even though we would love to swing our doors wide open and meet as we did before, Sunday morning in our building will look different. As we begin to meet again, we are taking every precaution to keep you and your family safe and we want to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as we welcome you back. Please join me in thanking God for His faithfulness and grace as we begin to worship together again.

Moving forward in faith,
Pastor Dudley

What should we expect during Stage 1 re-gathering for worship?
During Stage 1 we will offer on-site worship at 9:00 am. We will limit attendance to recommended guidelines, enjoy worship with friends and family with a live worship team, and view the sermon on the big screens in the worship center.  Online Church will be available at 10:30 am via Facebook and YouTube.  As we move to Stage 2 of re-gathering for worship, Pastor Dudley will be speaking on-site.

What sanitization and social distancing measures will be in place?
As we prepare to welcome you back on-site, we are committed to making BBCC a safe place for you and your family.  When you arrive, you will notice the following procedures in place for your protection;

LIMITED ATTENDANCE ACCORDING TO LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS
For your safety, we will require guests to pre-register prior to arrival on Sunday morning.  Registration will be available online beginning on the Monday afternoon prior to each worship service.  Family and friend groups should register as a group to be seated together.  Please reserve seats only for those individuals who will be joining us in the worship center.  Currently we will only be hosting guests live for the 9 am service.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Our friendly team members will be holding doors open as you arrive and will escort you to socially distanced seating.
Please maintain a safe distance of 6-feet apart when you are in the worship center.
At the end of the service in order to maintain social distancing, ushers will direct you to one of several exits.

FACIAL COVERINGS REQUIRED
We are asking all volunteers and guests to follow the facial covering guidelines in place in our county as we partner together to love our friends and neighbors. The only exception to this requirement will be those serving on our worship team.

  .
TEMPERATURE CHECKS
Help us to keep everyone safe.  If you are feeling ill or have a fever, please enjoy our Sunday worship experience online
Temperature checks will be performed for everyone who enters the worship center.

SANITATION, CLEANING and TOUCH-LESS SERVICES
Hand sanitizer stations will be available at entrances, exits and in the restrooms.
To honor everyone who attends, let’s go touchless – air hugs and waves to welcome each other.
We will not be distributing pens, Bibles, or printed materials – prayer requests & needs, giving, and Bible study outlines will all be available online – bring your phone or device!
The worship center will be carefully cleaned and disinfected before and after each service.

Will Online Church still be available?  What if I’m not comfortable returning in-person yet?
We encourage you to continue to gather with us through Online Church at 10:30 am, especially if you or someone you love is vulnerable at this time. Our weekend worship experience and resources will continue to be available for you and your family to engage with at home.  Remember, we are all one church family – just worshipping in different locations.

We ask that you and your family join Online Church if you:
Have had a fever in the last 72 hours.
Are showing any signs or symptoms of illness.
Have been in close proximity to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

What if I fall into the vulnerable person category?
If you or a close family member fall into this category, we kindly recommend that you stay at home.  Though we will miss you and would love for you to join us, it is still safest for you to enjoy Sunday worship from your home.

Will BBCC Kids and Nursery be available?
BBCC Kids and Nursery classes will not be available in Stage 1 of re-gathering.  We are planning to re-open children’s classes in the near future.
