Rice,Black beans,Spaghetti sauce, Canned fruit, Peanut butter, Jelly, Canned soup, Macaroni and cheese, Cereal, Tuna fish, Beef stew, Pork and beans, Canned vegetables, Pasta, Crackers, Condensed milk, Soap, Shampoo, and Toothpaste.
