Parents have the privilege and responsibility to train and instruct their children. Training is when you model, teach and encourage your kids to apply God’s principles of loving Him and loving others. Instruction is when you warn and correct your children when they display attitudes or actions that are inconsistent with God’s principles of loving Him and loving others. Ask God for the wisdom and strength you need to be an effective “coach” to your kids and pray consistently for your children to follow God’s path for their life.
