Office Assistant

Sandra’s dream of becoming a pediatric nurse was put on hold when she became a mother and decided to be a stay home mom. When her second daughter was 2 years old, she pursued a job in a doctor’s office in New York and trained to be a medical assistant. She moved to Florida in 1997 as a single mom, looking to give her 2 daughters a better life. She later married her second husband and had her third daughter. Three of her greatest pleasures and passions are: being a mother, a grandmother, and working for the past few years at Boynton Beach Community Church where she has grown spiritually, grown emotionally, and has built relationships that will last for eternity.

David Taylor
Director of Student and Family Ministries

David is a longtime resident of Florida and moved to South Florida with his family in 2018. He and his wife Kathy have three children: college freshman Dakota, 8th grader Sydney, and 7th grader Jackson. Kathy is a graphic designer at a local private school, and David has been practicing real estate for 15 years, both commercial and residential.

David has served three churches working with students in Columbia (SC), Tampa, and Orlando. He and Kathy created "Student Matters", a para-church ministry that planned urban mission trips for church youth groups throughout most of the 2000’s. During that same time, he wrote and published two student musicals and was a speaker for student music conferences across the country.

David feels strongly that every student should be known and cared for as they encounter the Church, so they understand their significance and value to God. We are each created with intention and purpose.
